That's right.  I skipped over uploading Episode 41.  Not sure how it happened but here we are.  To avoid confusion and going out of order I just called it Episode 43.  In this episode I talk about using real estate to rescue your retirement plan.  Forget the 401K, the IRA and the savings accounts.  You need a cash flow machine.  That's what real estate is.  It generates cash and if you plan it right, over time, the cash flow on each property can get bigger and bigger.
