This week, Ant and JB dance around toxic cultures. What do leaders do to prevent it, and what do we do as leaders when we have toxic people. Second, with the majority of businesses considering flexible working as we come out of Covid, what will that do to culture and fairness in the workplace?

In this action packed hour, the trio (along with Ant's steering) discuss the reality that covid, consolidation, politics create change. But change needs to be accepted as normal. Preparing for a 'new norm', or a holding pattern until 'a new normal' is complacency. No Normal Leadership - should be the default.
