As two black girls working in the corporate world, we've experienced our fair share of side eyes and comments regarding our hair. Our hair is so dynamic that it can go from super short to a big afro to braids of all shapes and sizes. It can be both stressful and annoying being in an environment where people prefer you a certain way. On today's episode, we sit down and talk about our experiences with our hair in the corporate world.

Today's guest is Amonge Sinxoto. At the age of 15, Amonge co-founded Blackboard Africa with her partner. A platform aimed at placing young people at the forefront of change. Since then, Amonge has gone on to represent her organization on regional and global platforms including Global Citizen, Black Girls Lead, Google, Facebook Child Safety Summit, TedX and many more. She was also invited to be part of a roundtable with former First Lady of the US Michelle Obama. She is young, passionate and quite the force.

Zandile Keebine is the Chairwoman and founder of GirlCode, a non-profit organisation aimed at empowering young girls and women through technology. Through her leadership, the organisation has grown immensely to host monthly coding and robotics workshops teaching over 3000 girls from primary and high schools.

She is also the founder of EmpowerXx, a women-in-STEM focused recruitment agency whose focus is to accelerate women in leadership positions within corporates.
