SREI 18: Direct Mail On A Budget – Real Estate

In this Episode you will learn how to use direct mail marketing on a budget, so you can grow your real estate business.

If you look at the most successful real estate investors, the ones who are doing a large volume of work, you’ll see they use direct mail as a major source for generating leads.

Direct mail is one of the most effective tools to generate deals for your real estate business.

To create a successful direct mailing campaign on a small budget,  you need to consider the following steps

  • Sustain a minimum budget of $300 a month for 6 to 8 months.
  • Keep a records of these two important metrics: response rate, and leads per contracts
  • Mail your list every 30 days and repeat for 5 to 6 times..
  • Get a good quality list
  • Start with postcards and keep message simple and to the point
  • Return all calls on time
  • Follow up like a machine
