We've seen record numbers of job increases since the pandemic but also a record number of people quitting their job. Why is it that people are more comfortable with quitting their job these days? Let's talk about it. 

When you get better for you, that means you can help other people. It's about making yourself better to help others and sometimes that means hitting that reset button on your life. It is important to just take a breath sometimes to come back stronger and not feel like you always have to be on the go. What are some things you have hit reset on in your life? How has it made you better?

From a little girl we are taught to be strong, independent, self-sufficient women and men are raised by single mother's missing that father figure to teach and instill values of what being a man is. Are we raising too many strong women and too many weak men? Let's talk about it.
