He explains why building the right tech stack is so important for the group's growth strategy, especially with so many surgeons and support staff to unify workflows and processes. Justin and Mark also chat about interoperability and how it's a continuing work in progress for the sector as the drive for change speeds up in the post pandemic era that will embrace the significant changes seen in delivering services through telehealth solutions and more connected practice administration.
