David is in the process of launching a new venture, the DAZA Consulting Group. DAZA focuses on small businesses, non-profits and entrepreneurs seeking better ways to improve organizational and individual performance. The service offerings include leadership and coaching, team effectiveness, organizational design, strategy development and implementation. A full launch is slated for later this year.In June of 2017, David was selected to serve as the President and CEO of Project QUEST, Inc., a non-profit organization and workforce development agency. Project QUEST provides underemployed and unemployed individuals access to comprehensive resources, job training and coaching to achieve thriving wage employment. David successfully guided QUEST through a period of unprecedented growth and transition. David retired as President and CEO in January 2023.David retired from USAA, in December 2016, a Fortune 100 Company, after 32 years of exceptional professional achievement.

Nathaniel Mack III was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. He is the son of an Air Force veteran and a teacher. Mack attained his bachelors degree from Baylor University and his Juris Doctorate from Saint Louis University. In addition to being licensed in the State of Texas, he is also licensed in the United States Federal Court in both the Southern and Western Districts. Previously worked under Thomas J. Henry. Nathaniel Mack now runs offices in San Antonio, Austin, Houston McAllen, and Dallas! Tony Adeniran is a professional boxer, entrepreneur, and owner of Black Stallion Boxing Plus. Recently, He's been featured on the season finale of "Shark Tank" with his awesome product, the Aqua Boxing Glove. Born too two first generation Nigeran Immigrants, Tony is the embodiment of the American dream. He Started his own boxing company after quitting his insurance job. Now, after years of hard work, that business is expanding too it's new location on Camp Bullis Rd.
