As most of us know it’s mental health awareness month and I felt the need to come speak on my own mental health. When most people hear “mental health” they automatically think CRAZY. Sadly in most cases these people with mental health conditions were never taught how to handle stress, probably went through very traumatizing things as a child and was crying out for help their whole life but nobody listened! Until it was too late 😞 This is a very brief opening into my world and how I feel about Mental Health. Support comes in so many forms and we don't know how far it goes. Ever got that random text from a friend or family member that just made your day? They didn't know you might have been having a stressful day or feeling down on yourself and those words or that one random act of kindness can really make a huge difference in someone's life. Moral of the story support who you Love and care about, it really does help.

I know there’s many people dealing with all kinds of mental health issues and I’m one of them. I deal with anxiety and panic attacks as I’m sure others do and I wanted to give some tips and advice from my personal experience to try and help others who deal with the same thing.
