Are we being inclusive? with Alex Lynam

1h 14m · Published 16 Jan 06:30

We are joined with the lovely Alex Lynam from Beyond the Binary and are so excited to start opening up this conversation.

It is so important for everyone within I&C to feel included, welcomed and heard. We realise some of our language is not inclusive and we need to do better. We appreciate these conversations are uncomfortable but nothing exciting happens from our comfort zones and we don't learn and grow.

Please join us in being uncomfortable and bringing change for people like Alex. Here are some of the things we covered in this episode;

- What is the difference between Non Binary and Transgender?

- What Alex has had to face in social situations or in relationships

-What is Gender Dysphoria?

-What can we all be doing to make our language more inclusive?

-PLUS so much more

We would really appreciate your love and support. Please make Alex feel welcome and lets start these difficult conversations.
