Vanessa started as any other person. She followed what was always told to her. Go to school, get an education, get a good job and live a happy life. Eventually, she realized that wasn’t for her and began in real estate property management. Eventually, she ventured out on her own and now she manages thousands of doors for over a hundred clients and has a 12 person property management team. Investing in Single-Family Residential Rentals at an Institutional Level  

 Adam & Daniel talk about their institutional quality co-investment with a goal to acquire  thousands of single-family homes to open up a REIT eventually.     Adam is very passionate about his partnership with Daniel one of the managing partners of TCS Anika Homes.  He emphasized that graduating with a business degree, and a Masters in property management, theory, and book knowledge only goes so far. He made his most significant leap and was able to learn the most and invest safely by partnering with others who have been through the trenches of previous cycles. This is in large part driving what he is offering others today. Instead of packaging and selling his knowledge in a guru-like course or training program, he walks investors through his deals and co-invests side by side with them. Daniel is the operator in the business with finding the assets.
