Four Step Process to Determine Who to Keep in Your Life
1. Identify the top 5 people you spend most of your time with
2. Analyze your top 5 (Take a look at their qualities, values, attitudes, etc)
3. Evaluate how they support you
4. Make the call and adjust

Remember, the five people closest to you should be the most supportive. If you don't find this to be the case, adjust accordingly.
