The hiring process can be a stressful time and there are many misconceptions about this been a one way street

The reality is that you have much more power and leverage than what you think during this process.

Negotiating your salary should be something everyone should do however, not many know how to do it.

In this episode we discussed this with Brandon Bramley an expert in salary negotiations.

Brandon is the Founder of The Salary Negotiator.

He has a background in strategic negotiations from working in many procurement and vendor management roles.

He also has over 10 years of experience in negotiating salaries and currently runs The Salary Negotiator

Brandon has coached clients through hundreds of salary negotiations with companies ranging in size from small businesses, startups to some of the largest global corporations such as Google, Meta (formerly Facebook), Apple, and Microsoft.

Microsoft has a long history of valuable certifications.

For many,  these certifications have been a powerful resource to help them get better jobs, promotions and show they have real technical experience in a  particular area. In recent years we have seen a shift in these certifications this is all happening with the introduction of the cloud.

Now is not just about Windows or servers but the focus has shifted to a more relevant topic like the Azure cloud. There are many options available so, How do you decide which certification path to take?
