Rania Kurdi- Part 2: Transform Your Fear into Confidence

32m · Published 06 Jul 01:00

This episode is part two of a two part episode.

Rania Kurdi, she is a bi-cultural, bi-lingual actress/comedian who was raised in Jordan and moved to England in 2013 where she trained as a transformational life coach who now supports others with confidence in life and on camera

Last week Rania encouraged us to stop questioning ourselves, and encourage ourselves to take risks and to take a step towards things that we haven't dared to do before. Today Rania will continue to encourage us to not only take risks, but to be authentic because true and lasting inner confidence can only come from being authentic and not trying to be anyone other than who we are.

Imagine what you could do if you give yourself permission to freely explore unlimited abundance. Rania Kurdi believes that once we stop questioning ourselves, we can start to encourage ourselves to take risks and to take a step towards things that you haven't dared to do before. She doesn't believe that we should allow ourselves to be held back in our pursuits just because we’re scared of failing.

Rania wants us to ask ourselves some tough questions like: “What’s scaring us? What’s holding us back?” If you we can address these, imagine all the amazing things that might just happen.

Rania wants us to consider taking a risk. Do something we haven't dared to do before. Even though it's a scary thing to get out of our comfort zone, Just do it.

Nadine Grace-The One Word That Will Change Your Life

28m · Published 21 Jun 09:00

Welcome to Universal Grace

In this episode, Nadine Grace states “I already know what giving up feels like. I want to see what happens if I don’t”

"When you don't give up, you cannot fail." When we lead with integrity, we cannot fail.

In a world bent toward instant gratification and "getting ahead," it's easy to forgo the commitment to act with integrity. But choosing to hold to your values and principles will bring you double-reward, adding the layer of meaning and inner-fulfillment to your external achievements.

Leading with integrity can not only elevate you to do your best work: It can give you the clarity and confidence to flourish. With the bedrock of your beliefs underneath your feet, you can experiment, adapt, and break away from the habitual thought patterns that fence us in to trust your own authority and do the work that really matters.

I invite you to tap into that person inside of you that’s ready to truly represent integrity.

Nadine Grace-There is No Such Thing As luck- You Don’t Become Successful Simply Through Luck

16m · Published 31 May 09:00

“Don’t be a wishful thinker. Don’t waste your mental muscles dreaming of an effortless way to win success. We don’t become successful simply through luck. Success comes from doing those things and mastering those principles that produce success.” -David Schwartz

Everybody has a story about why they didn’t accomplish something; “A school bus pulled out in front of me and made me late,” “it was somebody else’s fault,” “the economy was no good,” “it was all just bad luck.”

But the truth is, there’s no such thing as luck. It’s just another made-up excuse. Nothing ever happen without a cause. The weather today “didn’t just happen,” it’s a result of specific causes.

Likewise, the difference between being successful or unsuccessful will not come from luck, but the choices you choose to make throughout your lifetime.

The truth is that you will most likely encounter unfavorable people and circumstances throughout your life. But the good news is you have complete authority over how you choose to react to every experience.

When you begin to truly understand that you can choose how you respond in life, you will most likely discover that you have a hidden power within you… and it’s the power to choose who you’re going to be, no matter the circumstance, situation or condition.

In This Episode, You Will Learn:

  • Does luck even exist? A whole lot of people believe in luck (1:56)
  • If you believe that luck brings people success, you most likely also believe that you’re at the mercy of your circumstances and conditions (2:41)
  • We all have an inner power within us (3:55)
  • Daily affirmation to remind us that everything always works out for us (5:10)
  • What we'll hit in this podcast (14:11)

Keith Weedman-Effect Change through Brief Interactions

26m · Published 25 May 12:31

Perceiving is usually seen as a passive act when it is actually a creative one. We perceive people and situations in multiple ways, and we choose what we believe is more accurate.

Once we decide which is the more precise way of perceiving, we proceed without realizing that our choice affects the outcome. We can help someone we lead or serve to change their perception in a way that will open new possibilities for their future and expand the horizon of what's possible for them and people they interact with.

Keith Weedman is my guest today, and in this episode, we will talk about how he helped a good friend change his perception in a work situation. He will also share the first useful assumption he invented.

While Keith was working in a Social Service Agency then, his story with Mike illustrates the significant impact we can all make with people we lead and serve.

We will talk about leadership and how to apply Constructivism Epistemology as a leadership skill into our work and our lives. Finally, Keith will give you a call to action to implement with people you lead, serve, and love while building your skill giving positive feedback to elevate performance.

In This Episode, You Will Learn:

Constructivism Epistemology explained in depth (2:57)

The Useful Assumption that Keith invented (6:55)

How Mike's life was dramatically changed using Constructivism Epistemology (7:07)

Each person has within them an abundance of untapped potential

What we'll hit in this podcast (24:37)

Keith would be honored to help you Inspire Positive Changes through Brief Interactions with people you lead, serve, and love, while building your skill giving positive feedback to elevate performance.

Nadine Grace-How To Stop Being A Meaning Making Machine

35m · Published 20 May 19:00

As human beings, we have a natural tendency to assign meaning to every experience and interaction we have. The meaning we assign is based on our own understanding and life experiences.

We’re all guilty of jumping to incorrect conclusions and assigning inaccurate meaning onto our experiences at times, and this hugely influences our beliefs about ourselves, other people and the world around us.

As human beings we interpret our surroundings and interactions. That is normal, it is how we survive. However, we take it further and make up stuff because that is what our mind does. Think about it, everything is made up, even language.

So we make up our stuff, then we feel it and believe it to be true and we react based on that and not on what really is happening

Tune in and listen to the second episode of Universal Grace. You will have fun discovering the Meaning Making Machine in your heads.

In This Episode, You Will Learn:

  • An explanation of the Meaning Making Machine(2:48)
  • Vishen Lakiani meeting with Marisa Peer to remove self limiting beliefs (5:11)
  • Vishen Lakiani experienced new revenue milestones in his business when his self limiting beliefs were removed (8:29)
  • How I discovered my own self-limiting beliefs (8:53)
  • How I started working on myself to remove my own self-limiting beliefs (10:07)
  • How to remove your self-limiting beliefs (19:40)
  • Swapping out belief systems that are not serving you (24:19)
