Military life often requires wearing lots of hats, and that’s especially true for Monica. Named a Trailblazer in Tech by Military Spouse Magazine, Forbes Next 1000 List, and recently named on the MIGHTY 25 list as one of the most influential leaders supporting the military community, Fullerton is an ambitious entrepreneur, twin mom, and Air Force spouse.
She has long dreamed of becoming an entrepreneur, but she wanted her efforts to support a greater purpose than just starting a business. In an effort to provide highly-transient military families, as well as those that have previously served, a space to market their products and services regardless of their duty station, Monica launched Spouse-ly. Monica and her team remain diligently committed to nurturing a community that emphasizes learning and income-generating opportunities for the creators, service providers, and entrepreneurs within the military family.

Originally from Southern California, Celeste has lived in Las Vegas for the past 4 years. Her father was a general contractor and Celeste spent summers growing up on job sites, learning trades and helping her father in his office. When her father passed away in 2011, she realized she wanted more in her life. After trying several jobs that didn’t work out for her, she launched her company Turf Envy in October 2020, in which she designs, manufactures, imports, and distributes artificial turf across the country. What started as a small company with 3 employees quickly grew into multiple locations and a network of distributors across the Pacific Southwest.

Celeste feels that her greatest asset is her team and without their contribution Turf Envy would not have experienced the growth it has. She has been featured on podcasts, interviews, and nominated for several awards on behalf of Turf Envy. Celeste has been active in her Las Vegas NAWIC chapter for a year now and is the co-chair of the Ambassador program along with Chair of Best Practice Committee.

Marissa Hawkins is a mother, wife, and mindful entrepreneur.
She is soul driven - a person guided by faith - growing up with immigrant parents and amongst different cultures has allowed Marissa to easily work with people with diverse backgrounds to make a positive impact on society. Married to her high school sweetheart of 33 years, husband Mario Hawkins. They grew up together made a family, raised 3 kids, and started several businesses.
Owning the first Massage Envy in Las Vegas, NV, they grew it to 7. She runs her business through service-based leadership and her family’s motto is “ leaving people better than you found them” whether they stay or go they will remember you for how you made them feel and the gifts and lessons you gave them.
Although Marissa has received many accolades for her business contributions - where she feels most significant is being of service to her family and others in her community. As she continues on this entrepreneurship journey, her strong values of family, service, and health have contributed to her success as a mindful entrepreneur.
Marissa is now lending her voice - teaching others through her journey, core values, and authentic self how to be a beacon of light by sparking the flame of others to follow suit. By donating her time to others and services such as book drives, speaking events, and presenting business services to health care workers she now shows others how they can take their entrepreneurship journey to be a platform to give back and lead a meaningful and healthy life.
While still on earth she is a person in discovery to fulfilling her spiritual journey and lighting the path for others to transition into becoming their own mindful entrepreneur.

Siria L. Gutierrez (she/her) is a multi-passionate individual, offering unique services at Gutierrez Law PLLC. Siria is a speaker, mental health advocate, mental fitness and mindset coach, podcaster, and lawyer based out of Las Vegas, Nevada. As a high performance leadership coach, Siria helps leaders who want to help themselves overcome their anxiety, stress, and overwork to avoid burnout.

She is a First Gen professional from Guatemala y Nicaragua, earning her B.A. from UCLA and her J.D. from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV. Siria is a Certified Professional Coach receiving her training from the Co-Active Institute, respected worldwide as the gold-standard of coaching.

Wanda Tracey has a southern roots, born and grew up in New Orleans, LA. She lived for a while in Los Angeles and twenty years ago Las Vegas, NV, which became not only her home, but her community, her family.
Over a decade ago, she established Wanda’s Weddings. Her wedding business is solid and still thriving because of her reputation of trustworthiness, and her genuinely kind and caring demeanor. She provide Marriage Officiant, Wedding Ceremony and Document Processing Services throughout Las Vegas. A small percentage of her client-couples are online, however 98% of her business success comes from being trustworthy and dedicated to providing interpersonal care and support for Las Vegas Wedding Companies, Wedding Planners, Wedding Chapels and referrals.
October 2022, She established 702 Match, a love-relationship matching service for Las Vegas Valley residents because she understand the frustration and struggle of being single in Las Vegas and not knowing where to meet good quality local singles with shared interest.
Being an experienced, skilled Marriage Officiant and having the ease of
interconnectedness with people that helps others to trust her, motivated her and use it in a capacity for matching singles.
Her vision and my mission for matching Las Vegas singles is to match and build lasting relationships.

During Makea Turner’s 17 years living in Las Vegas, she has embarked on and successfully established several entrepreneurial ventures. Makea attributes her entrepreneurial spirit to her grandmother who raised her. As a mother of two and being the matriarch of her family, Makea continues to grow her family portfolio of investments and businesses.

Makea has operated a prosperous decade plus career as a local Realtor specializing in High Rise Condos. In an effort to share her wealth of experience and knowledge Makea has created a program where she helps aspiring women entrepreneurs break through their limiting beliefs, alleviate self-doubt and strengthen their mental toughness to prepare themselves for the world of entrepreneurship.

Originally a Las Vegas bartender, Casey Jade took her love of art and empowering women and turned it into a business. Casey teaches classes and workshops in photography as well as branding and marketing for small business entrepreneurs.

She is now one of the most recognized figures in photography in Las Vegas, much of it due to her ability to delight everyone. She can be found right now doing a boudoir shoot or advising one of her clients on how to reach their full personal or professional potential.

As a wife, mother of 5, and business owner, Shane is dedicated to empowering others to make well-informed decisions for themselves, their loved ones and children, and their businesses as well as other assets – keeping families and business owners out of court and conflict, providing true peace of mind and achieving goals such as protection, legacy, and generational wealth.

Mary Grace is a natural connector who is not afraid to face challenges that come her way. When she purchased Social Register Network in 2019 right before the pandemic hit, she used her talents, and strength, to rebrand and grow a 25-year-old business to a new level. In under 2 years, she has expanded nationally with communities in Las Vegas, Orange County, CA, and Washington DC.
