Todays episode we have Alex Floth and Cody Smith speaking with me about their experience buying their first home but going with the resale route instead of in my previous episode with the New Build route. We talk about the pro and cons of buying resale but also why working with a realtor is better than working with a New Build Sales person. Listen in and find out for yourself what some of the things you should look out for and ask your realtor when going through one of the biggest buying decisions of your life.

Buying a home doesn't need to be difficult. You are in charge of who will represent you as your realtor. Don't let the realtor decide that for you. They are here to help you and do what ever they can to make this as painless and as fast as possible. Ask your questions. Share your concerns and develop a business friendship with your realtor. With out you they aren't in business and without them things would be a-lot harder for you to make your dreams come true of finding and owning your dream home.

We talk about some of the affects we see already and what is to come if it isn't lifted. We talk about how much harm this is causing then helping which is highly Ironic, haha. But also how it's playing a key roll in the increase in home prices across the valley.
