Jonathan Mitchell is one of my favorite comedians that I've had the chance of talking to.

Here, we talk about the Washington comedy scene, why you shouldn't wait for people to give you permission, and past traumas. 

This week I focus entirely on what makes Sarah Silverman a great comedian by breaking down what she does on stage, how she became who she is today, and her mental approach to standup comedy.

I also talk about some of the controversies Sarah’s had to face in her career as well some amateur insight in different performing techniques.
