It is in the small unseen moments of my day, that I found the battleground for a fulfilling existence.

For so long, I thought that winning happened on the days I got a raise, won a new client, took a cool trip, or finished a large project. All these things are important & should be celebrated - but those are not the things that will foundationally shift you into a higher existence.

 Instead it’s the moments where you promise yourself you’ll get out of bed at a certain time - and then follow through on your word. It’s the way that you speak to yourself when something doesn’t go the way you planned. 

By identifying and protecting our core values - we are better equipped to deal with life throwing us all sorts of curve balls.
