Welcoming our first guest to the podcast is Natasha Shazana, the founder of SOKO [as in soko(ng)], an intimate apparel brand based in Malaysia which prioritises comfort and real women representation. As a mother of two (cats), a wife of one (husband), and a daughter of an outstanding couple, Natasha is readjusting to the KL-life having moved here from the Big Apple (NYC). In this episode, Natasha shares her thoughts on a concept that we often face but seldom hear, the "mental load".
