In this Ep we talk about the 2019 Film Marriage Story, Written and Directed by Noah Baumbach and starring Scarlett Johansson and Adam Driver.

The film follows the breakdown of Nicole and Charlie's marriage and how they have to re-find themselves and deal with co-parenting while going through the divorce. Soph and Kym might not agree on the film overall but they do agree on Charlie acting like an arse and Laura Dern being AMAZING.

In this Ep we talk all about Princess Cyd and Asexual representation (or lack of).

Princess Cyd (2017) Written and Directed by Stephen Cone starring Marika Mashburn and Jessie Pinnick is the story of a teenage girl who goes to stay with her aunt who she hasn't seen in years, they have to rediscover each other to build a relationship. along the way, they both grow and help each other in this beautiful queer family story.

We talk all about the Ace rep and the epic Cake speech, we also go into how because we didn't have the rep or the info it was hard on our mental health when we were (still are) figuring out who we are.

In This ep Soph & Kym Talk about the 2017 film Ingrid Goes West. Written by David Branson Smith and Matt Spicer and Directed by Matt Spicer, Staring Aubry Plaza and Elizabeth Olsen. We go into the issues and joys of social media and how mental health issues need to be taken seriously and health care should be free. We also fan out over the amazing Aubry Plaza and Elizabeth Olsen (I mean who wouldn't cross the country for Lizzy or Aubry???)

In this week's Ep we cover the 1980 film 9 to 5, this iconic film with arguably an even more iconic song stars 3 powerhouses, Jane Fonda, Lily Tomlin and Dolly Parton. Soph & Kym go into the terrible way women have been treated in the workplace and share some personal stories of workplace discrimination and sexual harassment. and of course, we fan out over Dolly fucking Parton!!!

Soph & Kym Talk about the amazing film The Laramie Project written and directed by
Moisés Kaufman starring Christina Ricci, Steve Buscemi Clea Duvall and so many more stars. The Laramie Project is a film based on the real-life experience of a theatre company going to Laramie in the wake of the brutal kidnapping, beating and murder of Matthew Shepard on Oct 6th 1998. Kym talks about their

own experiences of Hate crimes and homophobia and Soph talks about the fact we grew up seeing more about the issues in America because we by law weren't allowed to be taught about queer things in school.

Matthew Shepard’s parents started the Matthew Shepard Foundation which does so much good for the LGBTQ community check them out Matthew Shepard Foundation
