Join us this week as we talk to Brandon who teaches elementary school kids about computers. It is similar to the other teacher episodes but also different. And yes, there is a story about puke. 

Also in this episode: Sam tries to tell a joke and nobody gets it. Evan had the best spot ever for his computer as a child. 

Join us this time as we talk with Dr. Zach Varpness, a professor of chemistry at the local college. It doesn't get to sciencey so don't worry about that. It was a great conversation, and we hope you learn a lot about what it's like to be a teacher at the college level.

Also in this episode: Sam hates science. Evan's head hurts from trying to be too optimistic. 

Join us this time as we talk to public school teacher Raime. It's a very enlightening experience for Sam and Evan as they were both homeschooled. They make that fact very evident during the entire episode. It is a very educational for everyone involved though. Probably.

Also in this episode: Sam invites Evan to Easter dinner. Evan texts his Mom. Raime gets in a sick burn on Sam.

Join us this week as we interview Jim. He does bank stuff. By that we mean that he specializes is agriculture loans and is in charge of a bunch of other stuff. So come along on this crazy ride into the darkest corners of the financial sector in Western Nebraska. It's actually pretty informative.

Also in this episode: Sam is still amazed by Evan's accent wall. He also feels better about buying a house. Evan had some cool jokes about Skynet that he didn't get to use. It was disappointing. 

Join us this week as we talk to Jed. He owns his own small business doing custom leatherwork. It is slightly different from our normal schtick because Jed doesn't really work for anyone. However, it was a great interview about the struggles of being your own boss and the constant struggle of a craftsman.

Also in this episode: Sam wants to make a movie. Evan has accent walls in his house. 

Join us this week as we talk to James. He does something called back office billing at a call center. He works for a company that works for other companies and it is all very confusing. There's also gas meters involved somehow.

Also in this episode: Evan has no idea what his best friend does for a living. Sam calls out Michael Jordan. James pulls the old switcheroo.

Join us this week as we talk to Channing, who works for the local college. He tries to convince high schoolers to go here. Mostly that involves driving. A lot of driving. 

Also in this episode: Evan has had a lot of tetanus shots. Sam knows a lot about this job because he used to do it. Channing almost runs himself over.

Join us this week as Evan does his first solo interview. He talks with  Jenn (the librarian from Episode 2) about her second job at Safeway. There was zero preparation done for this episode and it was recorded a while back, but hey, it turned out pretty good.

Next episode will go up on January 18th and in it Sam and Evan talk to Channing about his job driving around trying to convince gullible high school kids to attend college. 

Join us this week as we talk to our friend Burt. He does a lot of things but the main focus is his job at a pet crematorium. So we learn all about the process of cremating pets. It's definitely not a normal job, but it is really interesting. 

Also in this episode: Sam takes a phone call...chaos ensues. Evan ponders about the mechanical workings of the a crematorium. Burt is disappointed in one of Evan's questions.
