Innovation as an important driving force for Siemens SCM requires creative and flexible minds to create new paths. A great example for rethinking and innovating established methods is what IT Commodity Manager Rodrigo Junqueira and Cost and Value Engineer expert Pete van Caulil from the SCM Team in the US brought to the table: Through cross-functional collaboration, they combined Commodity Management and Cost and Value Engineering and became the first at Siemens to transfer CVE methods to IT services.
