Molly's career began as a teen when she created and showed her first fashion line. Since then, she's showcased at New York Fashion Week, been cast on Project Runway Junior S2, and has started her own brand.

Molly's story is truly inspiring, and I can't wait for you to listen! We chat about her experience on Project Runway, the difference between working a 9-5 in design versus freelancing, how doing unpaid work can help launch your career, and more.
