Margie Santos is the Founder, President, and CEO of Synergy Network Worldwide, a corporation that brings exposure to small businesses. In the year 2000, Margie Santos created Resumes4Christ, a company that created and enhanced personal resumes for individuals looking for work. Since then, Santos has continued in that line of work, by offering resume enhancement as a service provided in one of Synergy’s divisions: Synergy Consulting Worldwide. The creation of Synergy Network Worldwide, in 2016, was due to Santos’ desire to expose her Resume business. Margie Santos had the aspiration of connecting with other small faith based businesses in her area, yet discovered that there were no platforms for her to do so. She decided that she would create that platform and bridge the gap between her business and others nearby. She believed that networking with the community would benefit every business, and that a business with a small network would not thrive at the capacity that it should.

Santos offers affordable pricing for Synergy’s services and membership, because of the belief that small businesses should receive exposure, but should not pay excessive amounts for it. Her current business network has a reach of about 20,000 people, which has helped many small businesses connect with other businesses that they otherwise may not have met. These connections are vital to these businesses because they open many doors for many people.

She has won multiple awards, including the “Business Woman of the Year Award”, “Ambassador for Jesus Award”, “The God who sees me Award”, Citations from the NY Mayor and honoring from local churches and organizations. Santos leans on God’s word for the development of her business. Will Kesselman is the President and Founder of Control and Power Strategy (or CP Strategy for short), a consulting company that specializes in giving guidance to parents, families, and professionals in a few areas of expertise. CP Strategy is known for being possibly the only consulting company helping parents protect their children and family when they are being investigated by an unprofessional Child Welfare (CPS) Investigator, saving them time, aggravation, money, and potential Foster Care situations. While working for NYC ACS, Mr. Kesselman has served in a number of elite specialized units, that inlcude, but aren't limited to, a Hospital/Sex Abuse Unit (a unit that is the "Special Victims" unit equivalent of Child Welfare) and an Emergency Children Services Unit (a unit that only responds to Emergency or Instant Response cases on nights and weekends).

Jeff has been building websites since high school and pursuing entrepreneurship even younger than that, when he was young he sold lemonade and cookies to all the cyclists who passed his house. In high school he would buy candy bars and cracker jacks in bulk and sell them to his classmates. He studied computer science in college and now that he has founded his own agency, he helps small businesses establish themselves online.

How to make sure your website isn't terrible. Annoying websites are a peeve of mine (random popups, long load times, missing menu items, too many fonts...) so I'm more than happy to talk about ways to improve anyone's website. I also talk about why it's important for businesses to have a website, even if they aren't doing e-commerce (like a traditional service based business, for example). Within that I can touch on ways to leverage a website to grow a business in the digital economy. I can talk high level theory (SEO, design, etc.) or I can dive into specific tools and platforms (WordPress, Elementor, Siteground, Zapier, SemRush...). And anything related to entrepreneurship is always interesting to discuss.
