Lucy shares her journey of decided to leave part of the way through a degree because she knew it just wasn’t the right one for her. Lucy shares how she deals with imposter syndrome, and a few lessons she has learned along the way.

Sally shares the importance of just going with the flow and that many opportunities may not make sense until later in life, but it is all a part of the bigger picture.

This week we sat down with Tongai Jinda who shares his love for advertising and social media marketing. Tongai takes us through his journey, and how his first choice at university did not spark his interest and how that took him on a journey of what inspires him and attending AAA School of Advertising. Tongai shares an invaluable lesson on how important networking is and platforms like LinkedIn has made networking easier and more accessible.

This week we sat down with Tanaka Manyakara who shares his journey from wanting to be a pilot and going to do his Bachelors degree and trying a different career, before realising that there was only one career he wanted, to become a pilot. Tanaka shares the tragic evident that lead to him taking a two-year break and then the struggles he faced job hunting. This episode is a reminder of the importance of where persistence and following your dreams can take you.

This week we sat down with Dr Faith Mashele MBA, FCIPS, PhD as she shares her journey into Procurement and tells us who inspires her to follow her dreams. Dr Faith shares her love for serving others and how that has helped her in her career.

This week, we took a step into the creative space and sat down with Munya Chanetsa to understand his journey into the music industry and into his role as A&R Manager: Africa in Sony Music Publishing. He shares his passion for wanting to educate artist about the mechanics of the music industry with M.O.T.I and to prevent stories like the Solomon Linda ‘Mbube’ story from happening again.

Munya also shares why he decided to create Happy Endings: The Mbube Story and what he hopes to achieve with it.
