Ricky is a friend I went to Highschool with who currently runs a bootcamp from his home. He trains people to accomplish their weight loss goals and helps them build a solid foundation. He is also a martial artist who is skilled in Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu. We talk about how he went from getting expelled from Highschool to being a very well rounded guy, looking to continue to grow and accomplish his goals.

Billy is a childhood friend of mine and in this episode we talk about his love for basketball and the amount of work and sacrifice he dedicated to be the best at our school, along with how Kobe has made a major impact in our lives and the legacy he left.
