Vic and Al talk about the huge task of helping and empowering your kids to combat bullying. They also chat with new dad and comedian Nazeem Hussain about how he plans on raising his son to be resilient, and discuss the way the internet has changed the bullying game. Also, remember the Kids Helpline is there to help kids feel empowered.

Vic and Al talk about how to cope with the shock of becoming a parent, what happens when it all gets a little too hard and discuss post-natal depression in dads (yes, it's a real thing). They also talk to Terri Smith, who is the CEO Perinatal Anxiety & Depression Australia to get some great advice on how to cope (SPOILER: always ask for help!) and check in with a mum and friend of the show, Sam, about her experience with post-natal depression.
