Solar Winds Review and Breakdown

1h 16m · Published 17 Mar 08:00

While we may not be 100% clear on the meaning of this week's episode title, we are completely certain that "Solar Winds" was the best episode of Debris so far. Combining an emotional story of a father and daughter with a strange look at other dimensions, this episode left us feeling resolution and satisfaction at the end. We are also very intrigued by the ongoing developments with Orbital director Craig Maddox, and we're both waffling back and forth on whether or not he can be ultimately trusted. There was so much to like, plus we got the best line of the series so far!

You Are Not Alone Review and Breakdown

1h 17m · Published 10 Mar 14:13

Throw those disgusting Peeps in the trash where they belong and hit the play button because we are here to help you make sense of this somewhat complex and confusing episode of Debris (as best as we can anyway)! Can we trust Maddox? Is there something to the fact that of the three clones that the team initially finds, only the one with Finola survives? Is George Jones a clone? Is the debris organic and/or intelligent? Tune in and buckle up as we tackle these points of interest and so many others, and don’t forget to reach out to us and submit listener feedback! We want to hear from you!

Thomas Cadrot Interview

53m · Published 07 Mar 19:30

As great as it is to, like Finola and Bryan, be Debris Division partners, we absolutely loved having an actual cast member from Debris join us in this very special episode of Debris Division! Join us as we interview and chat with Thomas Cadrot who plays Agent Tom Gordon on Debris! Thomas shares with us what about the role interested him, a little bit about what we can expect from the rest of the season, what it was like working on other projects like Fringe and Once Upon a Time, and even some of the places to which he has traveled! We had such a blast having him on the podcast and hope that you enjoy listening to our conversation with him as much as we enjoyed participating in it!

We love talking about Debris, but we also when you talk about it! Join us in our first episode centered on listener feedback, feedback that we received from some of you in response to the series premiere of Debris – including kind words from fellow GSM podcast The Blacklist Exposed and from @DebrisNews on Twitter, some audio messages from John, Barb, and Bradley, and a written email from Unabeefer! We hope that, if you haven't already, you'll reach out to us so that you, too, can be featured on the podcast!

Poll of the Week:

Do you think that Bryan will share the secret about Finola's father with her?

  1. No, never.
  2. Yes, but it won't be until much later in the season.
  3. Yes, and it will be soon.

Pilot Review and Breakdown

1h 47m · Published 04 Mar 14:20

The Debris series premiere has finally arrived, and Darrell and Chris are here to break it down for you! In this opening episode of the new sci-fi series from Joel Wyman, we find out what happens when the debris interacts with a brokenhearted mother’s grief, and we get some hints dropped about our two lead characters’ (Fiona Jones and Bryan Beneventi)’s pasts. We also, of course, discuss that shocking reveal at the end of the episode and speculate what it could mean for the relationship between our two lead characters!

NBC Debris Intro and Trailer Breakdown

1h 11m · Published 25 Feb 16:48

Debris is here, and it's going to change us all! It's okay, though, because Debris Division has you covered! Join us – Darrell and Chris - as we break down the trailer for Debris, the new sci-fi series coming to NBC. The series – starring Riann Steele as MI6 agent Finola Jones and Jonathan Tucker as Bryan Beneventi – comes from Joel Wyman, one of the creative minds that brought us Fringe (2008-2013); Debris has already garnered comparisons to Fringe just from its trailer, and as avid fans of Fringe (Darrell, in fact, even hosted The Fringe Podcast), neither of us could possibly be more excited about that!

We talk about said comparisons and make predictions based on what we see in the trailer, and we also give some background information about some of the members of the creative team behind Debris. In addition, you will learn a little bit about us and our backgrounds and how you can contact us in order for your voice to be heard on the podcast! Be sure to tune in to the Debris series premiere on March 1st on NBC and/or stream it on Peacock the next day!
