Radio Mike came to prominence as the bumbling, head-dieting button pusher for The Luke & Lewis radio show, before working on Wil Anderson's WILOSOPHY Podcast, as well as The Hamish & Andy Show, where he joins the boys for their spin-off podcast, The Remembering Project. He's written for television shows such as The Hundred with Andy Lee, as well as playing in a band ('Release the Sounds'), alongside Hamish & Andy's Jack Post.

WHAT THE HELL IS A TOY STORY?
45m · PublishedIn 1995, Pixar led the charge in 3D animation with their breakout film, Toy Story. The film spawned two sequels with extremely apt titles, Toy Story 2 and Toy Story 3. Many long time fans of the series thought the third iteration of the series was a perfect finale, but after grossing over $1billion, the idea of a forth Toy Story film was impossible to resist. Toy Story 4 is set to release in June 2019, but why are all successful movies doomed to become money-grabbing franchises?
Meanwhile, Intern Mike explains his newest school assignment will see him writing about his hero, but the pressure might be on as he hosts his very first segment on the show, 'Ya Gotta Be Shittin Me of the Week.' Mike reveals the final evolutions of Eukoala, Kangaworks and Platypuddle from Pokemon 'Straya Edition and talks about an incident of social etiquette that occurred at a bar.
Plus, listener Radio Sophie believes she may be the first person to accumalate 300 MikePoints™ and wants to exchange them to become a Radio Superstar. Finally, Mike reads the second half of 'Potions,' the ninth chapter from Harry Potter & The Boys.

WHO THE HELL IS LUKE KIDGELL?
52m · PublishedIn 2016, Warner Bros. Pictures released Suicide Squad, a film about a fictitious team of super-villains trying to save the world covertly from a serious threat. The film, while poorly reviewed, featured a song by Grace called, 'You Don't Own Me.' After Luke Kidgell saw Suicide Squad, he released his own video featuring the same song. This video was the complete opposite of poorly received. (It was well received.)
In the wake of 'You Don't Own Me,' Luke stormed into the Australian online comedy scene proving he had much more to offer than just a middle finger and speed-dealer sunnies, quickly selling out stand-up shows around the country. After meeting Lewis Spears in 2015, the duo would go on to start their own radio show, The Luke & Lewis Show on both the Triple M and Fox FM brands.
Luke joins Radio Mike to catch up about his mate Reece Mastin, his favourite moments of the radio show, as well as creating a brand new Pokemon for Mike's Australian themed Pokedex. Intern Mike causes a general hinderance when he meets Chauffeur Luke, while Ciggy Mike is back and up to his old tricks again. Finally, Luke reads Chapter 9 of Harry Potter & The Boys, 'Potions.'

Try telling that to CatDog, a siamese Cat & Dog that are forced to try and live their lives together, despite being completely different. CatDog was part of Nickelodeon's collection of unique, absurd cartoons in the '90s, alongside Rugrats, Fairly Odd Parents, The Angry Beavers and Hey Arnold! So what is it about CatDog that makes it stand out amongst the rest?
Plus, Mike seeks help from the show's newest employee, Reporter Mike, to analyse the depth and destruction caused around the nation after Facebook & Instagram's well publicised outage. Editor Mike describes in great detail the current state of his marriage, while Intern Mike complains that listeners don't believe he is real.
Mike creates evolutions for his hypothetical Pokémon 'Straya Edition starters: Eukoala, Kangaworks & Platypuddle, and The Boys take to the skies on broomsticks in the next chapter of Harry Potter & The Boys, 'Flying.'

Mike discusses the logistics of 'cancel culture' and why it's borderline impossible to forget about Michael Jackson any time soon.

But what's so good about heaven? And would you really want to exist somewhere infinitely for the rest of eternity? WHY THE HELL IS WALUIGI NOT IN SMASH BROS?

So why is it that this lanky, go-kart driving, tennis playing, golfing, purple overall wearing sociopath is not considered one of Nintendo's 'all-star' characters? Mike takes you live into Waluigi's therapy sessions, breaching all ethical considerations around patient confidentiality (with a cameo from stand-up comedian, Lewis Spears).
Plus, Mike introduces a brand new incentive to engage with the show, while also talking about the negative effects of Twitter and clickbait 'news' websites on our ability to form unique opinions.

WHAT THE HELL IS A CACKLING JACK POST?
52m · PublishedAccording to Wikipedia, a jack post is a steel post used in the construction trades for temporary support of ceilings, walls and trenches. Despite this, the jack post sitting beside me for the duration of this podcast has broken all expectations of jack posts, not unlike Finn, the rogue Stormtrooper from Star Wars Episode VII, who defied all expectations of Stormtroopers.
Jack Post is a creative mastermind. He's currently a presenter on Gold 104.3's breakfast show, The Christian O'Connell Show, but he's perhaps most well known as the 'button pusher' and third character on The Hamish & Andy Show.
The boys chat their radio journeys, and talk about how a small band from Oakland, California became one of the most successful punk rock groups in the world. Plus, Jack reads Chapter 4 of Mike's Harry Potter Fan Fiction that he wrote in year 7, Harry Potter and the Boys. (Chapter 4: The Eventful Ride on the Hogwarts Express)
