The Grammys! Wow, was there ever some mileage for us in the Grammys. We talk about all the moments. Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, Kanye, they all get a little attention tonight.

Episode 6 - We have a Special Toast and a Special Guest for this Fat Tuesday/Days after the Big Game show!
Yep, Friend of the show Vinny P. stops by to tell us about his product, the podcast hotline kit, and his page remotestudioservice.com . Vinny also gave us his thoughts in Charlie Hunamm playing a Latino in his upcoming movie.

We have a new segment in this episode FB Trending! We take a look at what's trending at the moment of Facebook and offer our grumpy old guy thoughts. Of course, just a couple days after the Super Bowl, the game and the commercials are on our minds.
Spike has some thoughts on Carlos Santana's post about highlighting local acts for the Super Bowl half time show. And of course, we have to do another round of Stump Spike.

We talk a little NFL, have a few more shots, and play a rousing game of "Stump Spike". This time it's 80s trivia. 

Sadly we have to mention the deaths of Paul Kantner and Signe Anderson of Jefferson Airplane. Strangely on the exact same day. We talk a bit about Grease Live, and the new People V. OJ miniseries. A nice homily by Spike and we're out! We'll catch you in a week!

Episode 4 -
We open the bar and then mention a little news. We're on iTune's New and Noteworthy! Yep, our podcast might mot be real high on the list, but damn it, we're there.
We have a couple people to thank this week. Vinny at remotestudioservice.com has been a great help to the show both equipment wise and in getting the word out about us. Vinny is an audio engineer who can help with whatever issues you might be having, but he also designs and sells the Podcast Hotline Kit. This thing is a great inexpensive solution for podcasters wanting to do phone interviews in their shows.
Also, we want to thank jimstoybox.com for the interview he has upcoming with Spike.
In other news, Gena Davis turned 60 this week, which Drew finds weird, but he's fine with Eddie Van Halen turning 61. Go figure.Sadly Abe Vigoda passed this morning, but it was of natural causes at 94, so a life well lived to you sir.
Some idiot stole bull jizz in Turlock Ca. and for the life of us, we can't understand.
Football gets tossed around a bit, and it turns out, we're not really too excited about the Friends get together or the X Files reboot.
Spike redeemed himself with a respectable showing on Stump Spike. This week it was a quiz from Absurd Trivia about Dead Musicians. You can find the quiz here, http://www.absurdtrivia.com/quiz/0026...
Drew gets hammered pretty good in a game of Dead or Alive, but to be honest, Spike only had one dead guy on the list, and to he only died this morning.

2016 has been a tough year. Just this week, Celine Dion lost her brother and husband, and then, Dan Haggerty, Tera Wray, and Glenn Frey passed.

Lots of Eagles and Glenn Frey reminiscing, and we get nicely derailed on Bill Murray movies.

There's some grumpy old guy stuff with Stay Off My Lawn! and Spike falls to 1 and 3 on an admittedly tough Stump Spike. The video suffers a drop out here and there's a somewhat graceful recovery. If you're listening to the podcast, it will just be a bit confusing but we carry on!

We finish it up with a top ten that manages to befuddle Drew and then we're out.
