Once we have set the goal the way to arrive at the goal is “step-by-step”. Our goal for the day, week, month, year and life is usually too big to achieve all at one time. This is similar to the way in which we would eat an elephant if that is something we would be interested in doing. One bite, one piece at a time. “Step by step”.

All of us set goals for every day, week, month,  year and for our lifetime. Goals are what we are attempting to do short, near and long-term what’s your goal for today? 

To listen is to give the gift of hearing to the one trying to share something with us. Two ears for listening versus one mouth for speaking so I’m guessing listening should be at least two times as important as speaking.

Thankful is a happy talk word because it helps us put the right perspective on each part of daily life when we give thanks for life, laughter, love and each of the other good things that come our way every day that we often take for granted we do something good for others and ourselves thankful.

Authentic is about us living our lives as genuinely as real as possible. It’s easy to put on a mask dress up be something that we are not but it’s liberating, freeing to just simply be ourselves it’s what makes life truly worth living. Authentic.

“ESL” stands for “English as a second language” so it’s more of a term than a word but it’s definitely a happy word term opening up new relationships and opportunities. ESL should be done with a teacher who speaks English as their first language focused on Conversation. ESL helpers that have English as a second language can be real assets as assistants to English teachers who have English as a first language.

When we try and it doesn’t result in what we thought was best we often get to try “again” one more time, a do over and this makes it for sure a happy word.

After we think, research, analyze and discuss any potential new idea then it’s up to us to put it into action which is called “TRY”. This means we decide that we have thought enough, researched enough, analyzed enough, and discussed enough...it’s time to jump. it’s time to “TRY”
