Are You Honest?

It can be overwhelming and confusing decided the physical or spiritual paths you choose every day. There are books, shows, podcasts, movies, seminars, webinars and so many more encouraging speeches every where we turn. It can be hard to figure out which one resonates the most. Listening and implementing advice from these outlets can be incredibly transformative but also increasingly stressful. We may start to build routines or lives around what works for others instead of what works for us. In this episode I encourage listeners to create a routing that works for them.
