Hi everyone!  It's been a while since we posted an episode. We have been busy at the Authentic Chaos headquarters which is my room. But we are back on that grind and we are back with a boom. In this episode, we talked about how to be productive when depressed. I have lived with depression for 5 years now, wow, I did not realize this until I wrote it here, and I have dabbled into meaningful productivity and in a lot of productivity advice, I think oftentimes they leave out the fact that someone might be struggling with mental illness. 


But I am here for you, so we talked about being productive while providing you with tips and tools in the Authentic Chaos fashion possible, which is information with a dash of fun!

How are y'all doing? .  Why am I even asking? We all have been not doing that well because of a certain virus that decided to be the uninvited visitor in our lives since March 2020. We are all constantly stressed, speaking of stress, this week has been quite stressful for me, finishing up thesis, doing co-op, working part-time, and all the responsibilities of being an adult, you get it. So I decided let's put out a fun episode with my bestfriend, Atreyi, you already know her. So we have lived together forever, we feel like an old married couple at this rate, but living together comes with it own set of challenges along with fun aspect. So we has one of our other friend, yes, we are popular and we do have other friends, pick out questions for us and we answered them to the best of our abilities. So listen this episode if you wanna know about boundaries, also, if you wanna laugh. Because as proclaimed by moi, we are the funniest individuals out there🤍

No matter what kind of person you are, I know you give a lot of fucks, whether it is the fact that you give a fuck too much about yourself, or it is that you give too much fuck about what others think, or you are both, no matter where you fall on this spectrum, you gotta learn how to not give a fuck because life is too short for that and every one of us is going to die, and that is the truth which makes us all uncomfortable! 

In this episode, we discuss how to not give a fuck (of course) and bring you stories and examples to make you realize what happens when you give too many fucks and when you start giving your fucks wisely! 

The truth is that giving fucks is human and inevitable, and choosing to give fucks to what matters is in our control.

Hi cuties,  Trigger warning!  This episode talks about different types of eating disorders, certain incidents which might be triggering, if you are not in a situation to listen to this episode right now, please listen to this with someone else or come back to it later when there is a good time for you. Please swipe to the bottom to access resources!  In this episode, we talked about different types of eating disorders, dwelt on some of the personal stories about binge eating, and wanted to have an honest conversation about how to support someone with an eating disorder along with things you should not be saying or doing when supporting someone with an eating disorder. It was tough to write this script and I had to come back to it so many different times to get it done. It was heartbreaking to learn more, try to come with examples, and listen to so many other people's experiences to write this.  If you are struggling right now, please know that you are not alone.
