Our fourth guest on Beating The Odds is the President and CEO of the USO-Metro: Elaine Rogers. Elaine has spent the last 40 years serving military service members through her role at the USO. She has grown the USO-Metro from $100,000 in 1976 to over $14m in cash, goods and services today. The USO-Metro houses the largest USO center in the world at 25,000 square feet and functions because of a hard working volunteer group that Elaine has helped to build.

Tony Dottino has been recognized in hundreds of publications for his work at IBM and for founding the USA Memory Championship. Tony is the co-author of two books and has been involved in the use of brain techniques in business communication since the formation of his consulting firm in 1993.
Today, Tony is working with universities like Princeton and MIT to study the benefits of memory techniques on the brain.
