Can't Keep Quiet

Hey everyone! This is our first episode since quarantine, so we did have a some technical issues.  At about 55 minutes we lost the audio, however we have posted the ending over on our Instagram which is @ckqpodcast.  In this episode we discuss a wide range of  topics including staying positive, changing our perspective and dealing with anxiety and depressing during this time.  We hope you enjoy it! xoxo
