Tonight we kick off how to love properly after an abusive relationship. It’s no secret I speak openly about the experiences of my past and even take accountability for my part in those failed relationships. Something I had to do in order to ensure healing and making sure I didn’t have a repeat occurence. I had to grow, unlearn some behavoirs, I had to be vulnerable, I had to take my time. I had to get in touch with the feminine parts that may have been lost or hardened over time. I also had to choose the best partner and that was the tricky part. How do you select a partner after you have healed and taken the time to better yourself without the fear of being hurt all over again.
