They talk about what it means to "make it" as an independent craft brewery. Michael showcases his beer from last week's challenge: Grisette by Manor Hill Brewing in Ellicott City, Maryland. This beer is light and refreshing with a dry finish. It's low hop bitterness and mild effervescence lend to an overall pleasant mouthfeel and experience.
