In this episode I am interviewing a dear friend of mine – Eetu, who is a Growth lead at a startup based in Finland. He talked about his journey becoming a Growth Lead and an interesting story behind how he ended up in this role. He also explained what he does in his daily job and what it takes to be a growth lead. Moreover, he told a very insightful narrative about how he chose his study degree and how this choice lead him to the place where he is now.

In this episode I am interviewing Markus Husemann-Kopetzky, who is a Pricing Researcher and a Pricing Adviser. Markus is a multi-faceted person who combines in himself three different professions: Consultant, Researcher and a Teacher. In this episode Markus will tell you about his profession, more about what he does in the daily work, how he ended up founding his own business as well as how he managed to combine work and studies. He will also give very valuable advice on career and growth.

In this episode I had a chance to interview Amy Croome, who is an Influencing and Communications Manager at OxFam. Amy will tell you about her job as an Influencing and Communications Manager as well as about her experience of living in Munich, London, Myanmar and Somalia. She will also share some insights on working for an NGO and will give some tips on career and life.

In this episode I am talking to Aishwarya, who is a Head of Customer Success at Maltego, a cybersecurity company. In the interview she will tell you what she does in her daily professional life, how she ended up becoming a Head of Customer Successes, and more about her background in Electrical and Power Engineering as well as her passion for computers. We will also touch upon a topic of women in tech and how to encourage more participation of women in the tech industry.
