1h 6m · Published 14 Sep 03:17

In this episode, I discuss the leverages and drawbacks that come with being a conventionally attractive person in society. The EP explores the nuanced ways in which attractiveness is perceived across genders, with a particular emphasis on its impact on women. I dissect how conventional beauty can influence various aspects of life, including intimacy and relationships, friendships, social dynamics, the pursuit of status and power, and even how women can strategically weaponize their appearance to acquire resources and empower marginalized communities.

Parental Wounds & Generational Trauma

55m · Published 06 Sep 06:31

In this episode, we delve into the subjects of parental wounds, complex PTSD, child abuse, generational trauma, and the crucial process of breaking these harmful cycles. Children are particularly susceptible to the devastating effects of abuse, with verbal and physical mistreatment often normalized and even promoted in various cultures worldwide. It is vital that we grasp the far-reaching consequences of such behaviors at both an individual and societal level. Throughout this episode, I speak on the profound impact of a person's early formative years, the prevalence of "chancla" culture, the concept of gentle parenting, and the proactive steps I've taken towards dismantling harmful generational patterns.

My Friends Taught Me How To Love

48m · Published 30 Aug 06:36

Having a loving and supportive community is crucial and essential when it comes to personal growth and overall fulfillment. I wasn't lucky enough to have been born into a supportive family, but I'm ridiculously blessed to have the friends I have now. This episode is all about healthy communities and chosen families. I discuss my friendships throughout the years, what it takes to build and maintain healthy relationships, how good friends show up for one another, red flags, and how my friends taught me how to love.

Mind of a Hoe, Heart of a Lover Girl

52m · Published 23 Aug 05:15
This episode is all about the bravery it takes to be a lover girl in a world of heartbreak. Vulnerability doesn't come easy to those that have been hurt and come from abusive households. By the same token, some sort of guard is still needed when it comes to showing up vulnerable and authentic. In this episode, I discuss how my attachment style has shifted through my dating life, why I think emotionally unavailable people are not always villains, what I look for in a man, and of course sex! Enjoy!

Be Brave Enough to Trust Yourself

56m · Published 17 Aug 04:51

Trusting yourself can be extremely challenging, especially if you've grown up with an unsupportive family. In this episode, I talk about the difficulties that come with being raised to be a people pleaser and how liberating it is to put yourself first and trust your gut. I spill some tea about my experiences in the acting industry and celebrity culture in Hollywood. I also discuss my journey in LA and the lessons these 2.5 years have given me. I conclude with the roadmap and tools I used to help me attain my current accomplishments and gather up the bravery to keep pursuing my dream.

Am I... a Puta?

1h 10m · Published 09 Aug 04:47

A woman's sexuality is something that is consistently being analyzed and policed. Sexual liberation for women has often been misinterpreted as chaotic promiscuity, which has put women in inopportune and dangerous situations. In contrast, purity culture has also robbed women of making choices over their own bodies. How can a woman truly own and feel empowered in her unique form of sexuality when the world preaches messages that lack empathy, equality, and nuance?

In this episode, I talk about my different "hoe phases" and how some of my actions stemmed from trauma and self-esteem issues. I also talk about how being a "hoe" is different societally for men. I conclude by discussing the relationship between self-worth and sexuality and how authenticity is the key to having an emotionally healthy sex life.

The War on Femininity

53m · Published 02 Aug 21:25

This EP encompasses the difficulties of existing in this world as a feminine presenting person. I discuss terms like "toxic femininity" and the current rise of femininity/dating coaches. I go over my experiences with the violence inflicted against me just for being a woman and how this discrimination affects other feminine people of different gender and sexual identities.

My 2023 Asian Tour

1h 15m · Published 26 Jul 02:18

It was time for a raunchy chaotic episode so I delivered. This EP is an hour-long synopsis of my current dating life in LA. I briefly cover some dating stories that I've told before but deserved to be put back in the spotlight (yes I talk about Mr. Musty Balls). I also discuss what my experiences have been with dating men of different backgrounds than me. I tell some crazy and funny stories and conclude by voicing my thoughts on what I'm ultimately looking for and the things that are vital when it comes to maintaining a healthy long-term relationship.

The Growing Pains of Healing

1h 5m · Published 19 Jul 03:45

In this episode, I discuss how my healing journey has forced me to be more honest with myself and brought me to the realization that I'm not as healed as I thought I was. This year has made me see that in order to fully heal, I need to work on having a regulated nervous system. A big part of that is coming face to face with the most painful aspects of my past and dealing with emotional triggers. Healing ultimately brings peace and relief, but it also brings light to your deepest wounds and forces you to treat them. Real growth requires hard work and it's not easy. Healing is painful, but so is staying stuck in your trauma and toxic cycles. It's important to not suffer in vain.
