In this episode I spoke to Dr Robin Mazunder a Canadian Neuroscientist interested in improving peoples wellbeing about :How he ended up being interested working with mental health. How living in cities affects people, disparity and inequality. We also got into yoga and the mind. His writing process / his new book. He then flipped the interview on me and asked me about my musical journey.

We got into their journey into music, finding authenticity, rappers taking responsibility for their lyrics, how they ended up on tour with Wiley, their upcoming album and more.
