I, your host, Nadia Wildermoth created this podcast so I could connect with others and get my thoughts and experiences out into the world. My goal is to help others overcome struggles in their lives. I sometimes have problems with self confidence, stress and dealing with negativity, so I believe that discussing how I overcome this can help others dealing with similar issues. I love guests to be themselves, my podcast is a judge free zone. I love learning and hearing about the experiences of others. Topics we can discuss are food, perfume, skincare, self confidence and body positivity etc.
