This week's guest is Mark Russell, a brilliant engineer, an out-of-the-box thinker, and a successful entrepreneur and innovator.  Mark is the founder and CEO of HyperSciences.  Early in his career he has worked for some of the leading aerospace companies, participated in the X-Prize, and more, and then transitioned into launching his own companies, ranging from a pre-Uber ride-share concept to using hypersonic projectiles for spaceflight and high speed drilling.

Mark's passion about engineering innovation is inspiring, and he offers lots of very interesting insights about engineering innovation, hypersonics, and entrepreneurship!

Giovanni has had a very interesting career, working on cars and trucks, then becoming a senior engineer in the yachting world, to working on spacecraft for the past decade. 

He discusses some of his experiences and insights gained in this 25+ years of innovative engineering, and brings out many lessons for engineering students and junior engineers.
