In this episode, I talk about the inner child. A recent discover in therapy has lead me to uncovering my inner child and figuring out what she wants so that I can give those things to her instead of seeking them out in the outside world. This is a personal journey that I'm on that I wanted to share with you all today in hopes that you can find a bit of this information useful in your own life.

I heard this recently and I had to share it: Happiness comes from solving problems. The goal should be to find the problems you enjoy having and enjoy solving. Often times we have incorrectly channeled this into trying to find people with problems and solving those. Jumping at the chance to save someone from themselves. That isn't really how this works. I dive into what this means and how to apply it to your own life. Go and find your happiness my friends. I know I sure am!

Forgiveness is part of the process of healing. We are told to forgive and accept, but how do you forgive someone who isn't sorry for what they did? This is the question I tackle on today's episode. How can we forgive a person who is not sorry for what they did to us? This can be one of the hardest things to battle when you are on your healing journey. We don't always get the apologies we thing we deserve. I'll go through some ways to make space for that forgiveness today and an exercise for you to try in order to forgive that person (or people).

Right now I'm in a space of figuring out how I can use everything I've learned to make better decisions in the future. I want a partner who comes to me whole and looking for the same things as me. In this episode, I talk through what has been my process and how I'm learning to be patient, selective and wait for the right one instead of rushing into something because I can't give myself what I've been searching for in others.
