She found her passion for aerospace at a very young age, and she is using one of her personal experiences to remind women that they can do whatever they put their mind to, specifically when it comes to work in a predominantly male dominated industry like Engineering.She emphasizes that you don’t have to be on the sidelines, but you should know that you are capable of doing the same work of your male counterparts on the field.

Danielle is a well-rounded young lady, she was recently recognized as the 2020 Youth of the Year for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater St. Louis and has also won the BGCA Hank Aaron Scholarship Award, allowing her to purchase STEM materials and equipment for elementary, middle, and high school club members. Her accomplishments are many, and there is no doubt that with the work ethic and passion for what she does in her community involving her peers, and the younger generation, she will go far.

In 2016, he became Superintendent of Jennings School District, which has achieved 100% graduation, career, and college placement in 2017 and 2018.

He is considered a champion for students and an inspiring education leader, in fact, he has led over 120,000 students in the St. Louis region and supported over 1 million students and 2,500 schools and colleges across America. Dr. McCoy is extremely invested and passionate about what he does and that is visible through all he has done over the years and continues to do.
