Inspire Together

We all go through the loss of a family member or a close loved one but a lot of us are lost and scared when that time comes. In this episode, I tell you what I did to help cope with the loss of my father and how it made me a better person. Times like these are very hard and I hope my words find you well!

Being able to obtain a positive mindset is one of the hardest things in life to try and do and being able to maintain it is even harder. In this episode, I talk about what it takes to keep negative energy out of your life and what you need to do to surround yourself with positivity. The key to a happy, successful, and overall great life starts with having a positive mindset, knowing that we can overcome anything that comes our way. Enjoy!

We need to always put ourselves first and if we aren’t, then we aren’t truly living. In this episode, I talk about what codependency is and what it takes to overcome being codependent and the results we get when we do things alone.
