There is only one way you can make sense of your struggles, challenges, and setbacks and that is to go through the grief process. Without the passing through the different passages of grief you will never heal. The only remedy for coming back after your biggest loss is to heal from the pain and suffering that follows. It’s called grief and you must go through it. But remember, you are not alone in this.

Now is not the time to give up on your goals. Things may look dark and gloomy at the first glance, but look again. Look at this coronavirus from a different perspective. In this time of social distancing and working remotely we have an opportunity to set new goals or work on the ones we had put away. We have so many choices and lots of decisions to make. Stay calm. Stay positive. Stay at peace. Fear may be running through the streets looking for someone to latch onto, but it won’t be you. Why? Because you are prepared.

Facing your fears allows you to give it closer scrutiny. You can ask better questions. Is my fear real? Has the situation occurred before? Can I remember what I did the last time? Sometimes, just focusing on the fear and calling it exactly what it is, allows you to clarify your true position. ~ PJE
