Reason for the break is too mainly focus on Grande Gatos which is my primary focus! I explain in this episode I hope you guys understand and excited for what I have in store for future content! This was a very good and interesting episode, I feel like this is my best one with incorporating health/fitness. This one is a really good one. We discussed our health journeys and how we played football together. We met each other back in elementary school and parted ways in middle school. We talk about how we managed to cross paths again and had a really good conversation about health and wellness. I hope you guys enjoyed this one just like I enjoy having a brother like Edgar.
