Ep. 173 - New York Watch Auctions Preview for Phillips and Sotheby's
21m · PublishedGeneva auctions that took place last month were a great success and definitely boosted the feelings of vintage watch community. Most auction houses had successful events, although it is worth noting Christie’s had a bit of problem with their online bidding platform after the auction house appeared to be hit with a cyber attack. Today we are going to look towards the New York auctions from the major auction houses and pull out a few favourite lots.
Note: At the time of recording, Christie’s had not released their catalogue so we will cover them in a future episode.
