This guided gratitude meditation enables us to transition from survival based emotions, such as stress, fear, anger, anxiety etc. into more elevated emotions, such as love, peace, appreciation, compassion and joy. When we change our energy, we attract better things into our lives. When we feel whole, we want to give more and do better things for ourselves and others. Enjoy the meditation!  

This gratitude meditation will increase brain and heart coherence. It will help to reduce stress, making us more resilient and focused, increasing our energy, bringing more quality to what we do, making better decisions, becoming more creative and solution focused as well as loving our day-to-day activities even more.   

Here are the steps:  Step 1: Focus on breathing consciously, slowly and deeply. You can inhale for five seconds and exhale for at least five seconds.  Step 2: Focus on strengthening the connection and coherence between the heart and brain. Imagine a bright and powerful energy being transferred from the heart to the brain and vice versa.  Step 3: Feel grateful for something that you already have in your life (something we usually take for granted). Step 4: Feel grateful for another thing in your life that you have helped to cultivate such as a particular relationship, skill or perspective  Step 5: Feel grateful for something important to you that you want in your life (but have not yet manifested), yet feel as though it has already happened.  Step 6: Send love and positivity to a close family member or loved one  Step 7: Send love and positivity to a distant friend, peer, colleague or client  Step 8: Send love to a group of people, community or situation where humanity is in need of support  Step 9: Send love back to the Source, and connect even more deeply with this greater intelligence  Step 10: Ask our greater intelligence to support us with a gift such as helping our goal/dream become a reality. Vividly imagine achieving this goal.
