He has nearly a 20 year background as an accountant for the United States Air Force, but you may not guess that with what he’s up to these days. Les is the Area Director for Youth for Christ, USA in Oklahoma City as well as the bombastic Gameday Host for the OSU Cowboys so you may or definitely will hear Les at a football game or basketball game serving up even more energy than the crowd, that’s the powerhouse we’re about to meet. He’s also an avid musician and author of the book Three Levels of Influence, a book on the power of mentorship. Anna was born and raised in Lawton, Oklahoma, but currently resides in Oklahoma City. She attended the University of Oklahoma graduating with a Bachelors in Psychology. She spent her time being involved with leadership through organizations like OU Dance Marathon and LoveWorks. Anna is currently studying Dental Hygiene at the OU College of Dentistry. She enjoys being her class Vice President, conducting student research, and serving at Good Shepherd. Upon graduation in May, she plans on working in a pediatric office where she can create a positive experience for patients and to be the difference for them. Her emphasis is on recognizing health literacy and patient education. Jonathan is an author, speaker and the executive pastor at Church of the City in Franklin, Tennessee. He previously served as the executive director at the Urban Alternative, the national ministry of Dr. Tony Evans. Jonathan has co-authored two books alongside his late wife, Wynter Pitts. He is also President and co-founder of For Girls Like You Ministries, an equipping and resourcing ministry for tween girls and their parents. Jonathan is the father of four daughters and was blessed with fifteen intentional years of marriage to Wynter. Courtney has lived in the Tulsa area for 20 years. She is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma. Courtney has been involved in ministry to teenage girls since 2001 and is the founder of I.D. Ministries, which focuses on reaching and empowering teenage girls, with the message of Christ’s love. In 2011, she felt God calling her to build a home for girls in Ghana, Africa. Together, she and her husband began working to establish The Pearl House. (thepearlhouse.org) Courtney is a public speaker and co-author of the book, “The Same Page.” Courtney serves as The Pearl House Executive Director and CEO. In addition to the many girls in Ghana, Courtney loves and adores her two precious daughters at home in Oklahoma. Noah is a junior at Bixby high school, where he is a multi-sport athlete and member of the Spartan state championship football team that is currently enjoying a 49 consecutive game winning streak. Noah maintains a 4.0 GPA and has earned a score of 31 on the ACT. Outside of school, Noah enjoys competing in triathlons and he has completed 5 half marathons. As well, Noah is a leader in the youth group at Anthem Church and has participated in missionary ventures to Mexico, Romania, Turkey, South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and Botswana. Noah also enjoys backpacking and trekking. He helped facilitate a multi-day trek through the desert of Big Bend National Park and he is currently training to summit Mount Kilimanjaro in March, 2022. Nathan is the associate pastor at Summit Church in Oklahoma. He serves in the areas of local and global missions. He has been in ministry for over 35 years serving as a student pastor, worship pastor, associate pastor and lead pastor. His passion in ministry is caring for people and serving those who live in the margins of life. His job allows him to partner with local and global missions partners to assist them in accomplishing their goals in their communities. Summit Church currently works with several local ministries and agencies in OKC, Norman & Newcastle. He has been married to his wife, Sharla, for almost 32 years, and he has two children, Lauren & Nicholas, and one granddaughter, Declynn. His passion for serving people in need caused he and his wife to start a foundation called Bay Island Impact. Cassidy is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelors in Human Relations and minors in Nonprofit Organizational Studies and Spanish. She has been married to her husband Duke since June of 2020, and they live in Norman with their two dogs, Bennie and Piper. After living in the Dominican Republic for several months, working as an intern for Makarios International, her desire to see people’s physical and spiritual needs met increased, and she joined the Development world. Cassidy joined the Water4 team in spring 2021. She was previously at the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, where she served as a Programs Coordinator for the Food and Resource Center in Moore. Sannan is a certified associate chartered accountant by education and training, and an entrepreneur by heart. He has worked as a financial analyst and in strategic roles for six years with various multinational and leading national consultancy companies. He wanted to give back to society, so he left his corporate career and started Pakistan’s first self-sustainable social startup, Foster Learning Pakistan. Foster Flagship Training is 2-month practical leadership and entrepreneurship program to socially and economically empower low income youth of Pakistan. It started from one of the very remote cities of Southern Punjab, Layyah with one group and now has completed  40 groups in over 30 cities in Pakistan, impacting over 60,000 fellows, trained by a dedicated team of 58 young enthusiasts.
