And first of all I want you to know that you're not alone. 

Maybe you've just had a breakup and/or you're going through an episode of depression. 

Maybe you had a panic attack and your anxiety has been keeping you on your toes. 

Maybe you just can't stop spiralling and your own mind is driving you insane. Trust me, I've been there. 

My name is Eva and in this episode (and this podcast in general) I share my favourite ways to cope with the ups and downs of life and navigating my mental health through it all. I hope this helps someone out there.

Over the last few months I have turned around my mental health from feeling anxious and depressed nearly everyday to developing a better internal dialogue, working out almost every day and feeling much more happy than I did before. (And I'm sleeping better too)

I highly recommend you to start journaling and tracking habits or things that make you feel good and observe how it impacts your mood. 

Know your vices too.
